I am looking for organic, or all natural, pre-natal vitamins/nutrition. Any experiences are welcome.

Everytime I took a vitamin I got sick, So i went to the store and got "belly bars" they are pretty good and provide with the daily nutrition for pregnant and nursing moms. Also Ensure makes a bar called "Healthy mom" they didnt sell well so they have recently stopped making them. I just bought a whole bunch because they were on sale at the grocery store for $1 a box last week because they are discontinued. But they are good. Have a healthy pregnancy!

My midwives gave me floradix. It's really easily absorbed and doesn't constipate. It's a liquid vitamin and doesn't taste that great though. Its Kosher too.

my sister always got sick when she took prenatal vitamins......her Dr. told her to take twice the dose of Flintstone vitamins.
