I dont know what age you are, but if you are a teenager then i personally love Forever 21, they have a bunch of cute, inexpensive, and unique stuff. Check it out!

H & M has some pretty good deals, and also check out the clearance racks at Areopostale, The Gap, and Old Navy.

I don't know if you have one where you live but I like Gordman's. They have very "in-season" clothing at decent prices. This is also the first store in years that I have finally found a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly. (That's hard for me since I'm 5'10".) I also would recommend Salt Mine. Umm, i know it may not seem like These stores have good deals but they do, and theyr stuff is adorable!! okay, soo at the back of HOLLISTER & ABERCROMBIE&FITCH is the sale stuff!!!
