Our dreams are our minds way of helping us to work out things in our lives through our sub conscience mind.I have been interpreting my dreams for about 12 yrs. now. I feel like it is a gift. Granted some of our dreams don't mean anything, but most of the ones that we remember do.
In my recent life my therapist also interpreted dreams, and she and I had the same beliefs on this. If you can keep paper and pen next to your bed and write down what you remember as soon as wake up, that will help.

There are many different ways of trying to interpret the meanings of different dreams. You'll have to search some of the websites and see what they're saying and make your own conclusion as dream analysis is not an exact science.

Dreaming is just an illusion in the illusion. We are already in the materil world which is an illusion (Maya) which is temporary and full of misery. The dream state is just another concoction of the mind. The best way to get out of illusion is to chant the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra which will bring one to their highest potential and to reality and real happiness go to harekrishnatempl.c for details. Read Bhagavad Gita As it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada and understand illusion and reality and the goal of life.

i did a report on dreams
i dnot know everythnig aobu it
but i know that you dream usually about what you were thinking about before you went to sleep, or about things burried deep in your subconcious.
also, things that you worry about. as soon as you fall asleep you go into a REM state...(they have monitered people when they sleep) and most people dream about 2 dreams in one night, but only remember the ones closer to when they wake up
also..if you have a dream that is completley rediculous..chances are the thigns in your dream symbolize something else...usually fear or excitement or wants.
idk if that helps at all

its usually just what has been going on in our lives or what we have been thinking lately . could also be our subconscious.
