Can I ask why? Generally its not a good idea! GH does increase cells and production of lean muscle but it also increases organ size, including the prostate! I would say avoid it. If your thinking it's a good way to boast your gains because your out of your twenties, it's not, your still in your prime years for muscle building, most reach it around 35. Just take a simple test booster like Norateen, a stack or something similar.
If your adamant about taking GH then do your research first and I recommend staying under 4ul/day to avoid side effects. As to the type of GH unforunately that can depend, but recombinant forms like serotism given to AIDS patients are good. Just do your research!! Again I stress that it's really not worth your while if all you want to do is pack on a bit of muscle, GH is used if your wanting extreme size without use of steriods!

GH is not known to be a human carcinogen in itself, but it greatly enhances the growth, number, and diversity of tumors in experimental animals. Extrapolating from the animal data, a carcinogenic insult that might otherwise have resulted in a small and slow growing tumor, could erupt into something more aggressive and numerous.

Have a read through of the links provided below for this and other important effects, e.g. anti-insulin.

Why? Taking hormones (or steriods, or....) is not a good idea, unless there's some specific medical reason to do so.
