with cost of dumpster, a double tearoff alone is 1200 easy.
re-roofing without wood repair is going to be 1000.

I don't know how you can get an average cost, there are too many variables such as height and pitch of the roof, cost of waste disposal, labor cost, type of shingles to be installed, etc. Why don't you just call a couple of roofers for quotes?
