Should i run? If so how much. What kind of exercises should i do? What foods should i avoid eating?

ive been playing soccer for 7-8 years now- just stretch your muscles, especially leg muscles.then do like arm stretches & around 20 crunches.[this gets you ready and prevents injury] then go for like a 20-30 minute jog[preferably building up each day].then cool down with stretching again. also do some exercises like juggling the ball, dribbling, have someone help you with defending drills. then work on kicking and aim.
don't listen to that guy who 'plays soccer on a team for 5 years' and thinks much of himself just b/c of it..

i am on a soccer team and this is my fifth year on it as a soccer player u must always run and take enrgy bars; u can find them in a sportin goods; i reccomend running also at morinin that way it makes u feel fresh try running al least a mile a day also do some dribblin skills and stuff with the soccer ball practice corner kicks and penalty kicks also keep running and running until it is thursday that way u will be in shape OK???? bye

Pray, you don't got much time. I would do some jogging and then short sprints today and Tuesday. Never do a heavy workout the day before your game or first practise. Load up on Carbs two days before the game for energy - like Pasta,pizza or lasagna.
Eat light carbs on game day a piece of bread, Orange juice and a banana.
