ice cream shop
you sell 10 cents of ice cream for 2 dollars per scoop, all you need are freezers and very little space, its a great biz

Whatever business you decide to buy, it would be a good idea to work in that field for at least a year before investing in your own business. Learn the ins and outs of the trade on someone else's time and money. Do not buy or start a business you do not know anything about.

I think you should get into the video store business. Profits are sky high plus there is no wastage of inventory as the older inventory just keeps adding value. Gas stations are going downhill nowadays as you only make about a dime on every gallon of gas sold and you just need one guy in a big suv to drive off without paying and all your days profit just went down the gutter as you still need to pay the gas company. Believe me, I know as I own a gas station and a video store.

I'd buy a pet shop. You'd never sell the same item(s) twice and I think they have a pretty low return rate. LOL.
