The previews show the judges lecturing the contestants with "How could you do that?" and "We're going to have to ask you to leave." I believe that Cliff, Ilan, & Sam continue coming down on Marcel (even though I can't stand Marcel's attitude). I think that that probably did something "physical" to Marcel and therefore the ring-leader was told to leave. I believe it's going to be Ilan.
What do you guys think about it? What is your spin on it?

I think there's a little love triangle.
Elia has invited Ilan to share her empty room, now that she's the only female left.
If you remember...Marcel was being playfully flirtatious on the beach after the surfer challenge
Elia has been the only one nice to Marcel.
So maybe there's a little jealousy about Ilan & Elia sharing a room & that's probably why Ilan keeps trying to 'dis' Marcel .
I think Sam & Cliff are a little more mature, than to get caught up in that sort of thing no matter how much Marcel gets on their nerves

They really should ask that person to leave and have a loser leave from the show. Take Ellia and Marcel and Run them into another season or cancel the show. People just are not very tallented this season.
I guess the question is which one of the guys is most likely to go to boiling point. I think it might be sam, but clif says in this episode that he has wanted to hit marcel 20 times. Ilan is making fun of Marcel again, but it seems that he has at least a healthy outlet. Marcel seems to be venting his anger creativly.
I am going to say it will be sam or cliff. Cliff seems to be the less tallented, but Sam has had a temper outbirst and I am trying to remember who of the guys would have hit Marcel if it was bettys time cooking on that earlier episode the friday's one.
It will be sam or cliff I think. Cliff just gets done with working with Marcel and has a big temper.

I believe that Sam could have done something to Marcel. Because in the episode before that, Sam blew up at Marcel in the store where they were buying supplies. In that same episode, Ilan yelled at Marcel too, however I think the only reason why Ilan made fun of him was because Sam did it before him. I think Sam is the ring leader, however I think he is very talented so I hope he doesn't leave.

I'm thinking it might be Ilan. I can't see Sam or Cliff actually doing anything physical, but after the comments Ilan made about Marcel's dessert in the Debby Mazar show, I could see him doing something juvenile. I don't think it was a physical altercation, but maybe something 'summer camp'-ish, like doing something to his hair. Marcel may be cocky and arrogant, but after everyone but Elia refused to help him serve his course on that show, after he helped everyone else, made me lose respect for Sam, Cliff, Ilan, and Betty.
I'm changing my answer. I think Cliff did something to Marcel's hair, not Ilan.
