Can I put in a new spa key pad/controller myself, or does a repairman have to come out and do it?

It's for a Catalina spa. Also, will it be expensive for a new key pad?

its best to have a repairman to do it //you probably dont know all the settings furthermore all keypad controllers are not the same

Check manufacturers for their recommendation. Better to have an authorized repairman do it so you don't void the warranties of the part and of the spa itself. It may cost more- but you'll have peace of mind.
