I`m sorry, I have to disagree with most of the people who have answered your question. Trying to make your eyes look blue would be near impossible, but if you want a flash of color to bring attention to your eyes, use eyeliner how you already have been. whatever you do, do NOT get colored contacts! They look very fake and alien looking and there is no way anyone will believe that you have blue eyes. The creepy effect is increased when it is someone with dark eyes wearing light contacts.

Do an extensive colon/body internal/external cleanse program. A clean body shows in the eyes and the color will be lighter. Some people are actually born with blue eyes. Through the years they gather catarhh in their systems through poor diet and lifestyle habits. This buildup shows especially in the colon area as light yellow, then the longer it is there darker green and the longer still, darker brown. Yellow is representing this mucous build up and if you put yellow on top of blue you get "green" and yellow on top of brown, even darker brown. There are two basic eye colors unless you are born Asian. You cannot change eyes born brown to blue but either color can be lightened while attaining a cleaner healthier more energetic body to boot. Do a paracleanse to be rid of any dark black spokes. Get your sodium under control to be rid of the white "sodium rings". Cleanse the skin and liver if you have a dark rim around the iris. Clean and feed the brain area on a cellular level with herbs/vitamins/juicing/diet, etc. if you have a white rim at the top of the iris.

Um..first off..why would you wanna change the color of your eyes? I have dark brown eyes too, but people tell me that my big dark brown eyes are what makes my personality. But if you must change your eye color then use blue eye shadows are eyeliners. You could also try getting colored contacts.

I have very dark brown eyes too, and I use Fresh look colored contacts in true sapphire, which make my eyes dark blue. To make them even more noticeable I wear blue eyeshadow.

Color contacts. No amount of make up will change the actual color of your eyes. I would be happy with your brown eyes, if you can. Choose colors to enhance them. Blue may not look good with your coloring and blue is so blah and boring. Trust me, I have them.

If you literally want your eyes to be blue they make a certain type of contact like things that you wear as contacts and they come in different colors. (You could wear them.) Or you could try wearing light eyeliner, but still visible, and wear a blue shade of eyeshadow.

I would just use colored (and shimmery) eyeshadow to have a brightening effect on your eyes and make them more noticable. I don't think there is any way to do it other than colored contacts. Just work with what you have, I'm sure your dark eyes are very pretty.

Trying to make your brrown eyes blue is waaay too hard. The only way is to get contacts. Blue eyeliner is more ikely to make your brown eyes pop than make them look blue.
