Males stop growing when their growth plates are done. Next time you go to your docter ask him about maybe getting an x-ray of your growth plates. The x-ray will show how much more your growth plates will grow. When compared with your growth chart and your rate of growth. You will be able to find approximately how much longer you will be growing.

There's no fixed age. Everyone is different. Most probably stop growing at around 20 or 21. Then they start growing horizontally. :)
