I'm in the Air Force and every time I come back from the desert after a deployment I have the opposite problem. Hell, every woman I touch gets pregnant. Have him try going three or four months with out sex including masturbation. Then have a night or two of wild, hot, passionate, sex. If you can't get pregnant after that, there may be a problem.

Why do you think soldiers and sailors have lots of kids?

Cysts on your ovaries can lower your fertility. Some people are not fertile because they are allergic to sperm. So they wear a condom for sex and during the peak fertility time, they poke a hole in the condom which shoots it at a higher pressure.

You probably will need to both see a fertility specialist to see what the exact problem is--there could be many causes and many possible solutions.

Give it six months. No pregnancy--go for testing. Both of you.

As far as cysts go, I have polycystic ovary syndrome and I'm on birth control pills so I don't have periods and don't get further scarring. My dr. said I'd probably need a round or two of fertility drugs to get pregnant, since my ovaries don't release eggs properly (leading to the cysts.)

If regular tests are inconclusive for you, ask about PCOS--it requires further testing to diagnose.

But get your fiance tested too--it takes two to make a baby. But yeah, you might need some drugs or something.

Tell him what's going on. If he's going to be a d!ck about it, you need to know before you try harder. But most likely, he wants to know about what's going on so he can support you. But start by telling him. It's not right to keep this to yourself.

have you discussed this with your gyn? You may need testing as well as your husband to see if there is a problem or not.

I would go see a specialist, they can do tests to see if it is you or your fiance that is infertile, or if you are infertile at all.
