no all babies develop at their own pace. you can't really rush these things. Here are some of the signs i have seen from my sister, and the babies that I take care of. 1. they can be a little bit more irritable than usual. 2. restlesness. Fussy. 3. drooling more than usual. 4. chewing on things that are hard or something in between very hard and very soft. if you feel that a professional opinion is best, then you gotta do what will make YOU be more comfortable as well as your baby. i'll bet he's just the cutest!

My son was 16 months before he got his first tooth the longer it takes to get them the longer they keep them. Try rubbing a toothbrush on his gums this will help break the gums a little so the teeth will start to come thru.

Nah. He's fine!
Babies develop at different rates. He'll get teeth eventually.
Taking him to the doctor won't do any good, anyway...it's not like the doc can make teeth magically appear!

Nope, nothing wrong with him at all! My son is almost 10 months and just cut his first tooth. Some kids don't get teeth until they're past their first birthday.

No, this happens quite often. It will happen when it happens. There is nothing the doctor can do to speed the process.

Give him more time. They are there and will come to surface when it's time. However, if you are very concerned, call a dentist office tomorrow and inquire about it to them.
