The house i grew up in was over 100yrs old, one night my girlfriend was dropping me off after a night of dancing and as we drove up to my house my freind said hey who's the old lady sitting in your moms rocker, as i turned my head i could see her image and as i started to respond to my friend she just disappeared,my friend was scared out of her wits and just wanted to leave,as for me i wanted to investigate. The next evening we made a home made ojuia board (not sure of spelling)with a glass ,some letters from a scrabble board and the words yes and no written on paper. We played for 2-3 hours with the home made game and thought it was a joke unitl latter that evening my mom hear what she thought was me crying in the yard, she came to my room and found me sleeping. She woke me and asked who was crying, i went to the back window and there was the old woman crying under the apple tree she was holding a doll in her hand and it sounded as if she was saying why, why, why, we did some investigation and found when the house was first built her daughter died from getting locked in an old freezer box while playing hide and go seek, the story said she was the only child and was 8yrs, the mother was so distraught she hung herself from the attic bannister the same day the child died....i never touched that home made game again, and was told by numerous friends and neighbors about the old woman that was always sitting in the window.....the house still stands and the people that live there now say they have not seen or heard a thing...

I have, but you probobly won't believe me because it's kind of lame sounding. My friend and I have seen some weird things at our school, like ladies in black walking then dissapering. I have seen a man watching me and an old woman at an abandond house. They were all ghost and the man, we actually found some of his dentures and a shoe in the back yard. I've allso heard people calling my name from no where, and so have alot of other people in my family. Not much of a story, but it's the truth.

The first time I seen one was when I was about 9 or 10. I seen the silhouette of a woman sitting on the floor with a man laying down with his head on her lap. She was stroking his head as if he were sleeping. I starting screaming, and when I did she looked up at me. I couldn't quite make out her features since the only light I had in my room was a night light. But I do remember her eyes, they were small and piercing, and her brow was furrowed as if to tell me to shut the **** up. I ducked under my covers and kept screaming until my mother came into my room. As it turned out, my father had passed away that same night, my parents were divorced and he lived outside of the country, so we found out about his death the day after me seeing the ghosts. I guess that was his way of saying goodbye. And as for the lady, when I described her to my uncle (dad's brother) we decided she had to be my great grandmother whom my dad was very close to.

The morning after my grandpa died, the "colored man" who ran his small nursery (plants) showed up at grandma's door in his best suit, saying he had a dream of grandpa standing in a white robe. (That's the best I can do.... I saw an angel, and Jesus, once, when I was wide awake. Wanna hear about That?)
