Why are there more hispanic Dominicans in New York than black Dominicans?

I don't know, I think the hispanic ones are getting bye by saying that they are Puerto Rican.

I suppose you're right, and I don't really know the reason. Could be that the lighter ones are more affluent or whatever and actually make it here.
