I tried to overclock ,my CPU but I can only increase it by 5%. I have tried increasing the voltage to both the CPU and RAM with no success. I have change the memory latency times with no success. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Well if you have already increased the voltage and you can't get higher then your motherboard cannot go higher, or your CPU can't go higher.

Example : my motherboard cannot go over 275 FSB , even if I try 280 it starts crashing, nothing you can do.

On your motherboard there should be jumpers where you can change the CPU speed to overclock it. Overclocking a computer is stupid because you will most likely do damage to the computers components.
