It's possible the video would be available on the taco bell website http://www.tacobell.com, if it's not there I would try YouTube http://www.youtube.com and search for 'taco bell commercial' or 'carmen electra'

You could also go to Google http://www.google.com then click on video and type in taco bell commercial
