the deprived areas of any city will have the most homeless people. in afluant areas homelessness would not be tollorated and would be moved along.

Not sure on geographically, but look under bridges and in parks, they hide just off the beaten path. It is amazing, when I was scouting a place to sleep when I was homeless, I realized there is a world that most people never see. There is a ver defined culture. Just follow a dirt path into some trees and who knows what you will find. Make sure to do it after 7am. Most folks are gone by six and don't settle down for the night until 8pm. Just dont ruin anything you find and try to be respectful of everyone's bedrooms.

Many homeless people congregate around the Vauxhall Bridge area. It's so sad. They are human beings yet are often so looked down upon even though there are hundreds of different reasons for them ending up there.
