I am white...but by all means, leave your best white person joke, I will laugh if it is funny. But tell a joke to some people making fun of there culture and they get offended.
Have you noticed a certain culture that seems to get more offended then another???

To the person who said - I dont know the differance between humor and hurt I guess that is because I have never been hurt by joke before. Life is too short.

i kind of understand what your talking about too i dont know why everything has to be made into a big issue i am blonde and everyone knows we are the butts of many many jokes but i am not offended by them at all i laugh and have even been know to tell a few of my own.. that is what is wrong with our world today everyone is just looking for some way to sue or just cause some sort of drama over every single thing instead of being happy of what we have and be nice to people... laugh once in awhile instead of fighting... life is hard for everyone and if someone slips up and says somthing offencive maybe they meant nothing by it so let it roll off your shoulders and go on being happy....

Whenever I hear someone asking why people can't take a joke, I know that's a person who can't spot the boundary between humor and hurt.
Well bless your soul, you've never been hurt. Good manners are not about YOU, they're about people other than yourself. Unless you're Carlos Mencia or Ralphie May, you'll be a non-hurt lonely person if you don't take peoples' feelings into consideration before mocking them.

uh it doesn't depend on the culture, it depends on the person and how badly they wanna fit in w/the rest of the "americans."
i kno ppl who make fun of THEMSELVES for things that they don't actualy do, just what ppl think they're culture does just to make ppl think theyre cool. it's really really pathetic.
