I have 60 denier tights so temperature is not an issue...though it has been quite breezy lately which could be an issue.

Long dress......because dresses are pretty...but if its snowing please wear trousers because your legs will get cold

The gown is high-quality. in the journey that your cousin isn't wearing something dressy, then you'll look classier than her, hehe. it depends. if it's a business meeting or an interview then trousers, because it looks more professional. If it's a date or a more personal thing then a dress because it looks more lady like. whatever it is good luck. lol

I would say trousers as it has been really windy lately, unless you have something special on then you may decide on a dress..
