I don't think of it as who is more handsome between the sexes, there is a wide variety of appearance and I think that both men and women are equally beautiful.

Men are more handsome - because part of bein handsome is the masculinity or ruggedness. I don't think I'd describe any women as handsome.

Generically speaking, I think women are more attractive - judging from our "Sex sells" culture.. However, personally I would have to say men float my boat.
Women CAN be called handsome. Has anyone heard the song - "Tell me ma"?

Well men are handsome, if a woman is, chances are she isn't a woman.
Men: Handsome, gorgeous, fine, hot, cute, sexy, Stud
Women: Beautiful, gorgeous, pretty, sexy, hot, fine
Some words are similar for both, but handsome isn't one.
Women would be more beautiful, men and women would agree. Two girls kissing is hotter than two guys for anyone, lol. No but a woman's image is like art.

The word "handsome" is apt for men . women are descibed as Pretty, elegant or beautiful.
No group is more handsome for their are ugly women and ugly men too.
