i have this big pimple on my dick...and it hurts when i push it a little bit...i know that cant be any disease because i have never had any type of sex what so ever....i just masterbate.
its been 1 week already....and it wont go away, the pain dont hurt as much but its still big...what happened?? what is this?

if its on your butt then you have a boil but if its penis go the doctor!!or soak in Epsom salt-stop putting alcohol on it!!peroxide is good.

Because you were picking on it, the pimple went away leaving a internal hard pus. It'll go away in weeks so stop squeezing it, you are just making it worst.

if it was a pimple it would have gone away by now.....you need to go to the doctor and get it checked out

If its on the lower part of your shaft, then its probably an ingrown hair. You need to pop it and pull the hair out. Good luck, and it sucks to be you.

just put acne cream and soap/water on it. becareful it doesnt get in your hole though (it will sting like hell if it does)
