Yes I do- I'm a bassist. I believe that only people who can sing or play a musical instrument are truly capable of caring for music.
Musicians are the only people who can understand the complexities of music, each beat and bar, the significance and place of every last note. They see it as system, beautiful and intricate, rather than a pattern of nice noises to be listened to and then forgotten.
So you have no right to say that I don't care for music!

I love my music but I'm not an IPOD robot. I have never gotten used to having something stuck in my ear that prevents me from knowing what is going on around me.
