I want to mix music with other sounds and music so it can have a uniquie sound. Like i want to combine some words and put like a background noise in it and have the music come out as if it was in a special environment

All you would need is an audio editing software. I use Audacity, a freeware software available online at http://audacity.sourceforge.net/. It offers great multi-track editing, as well as a selection of effects that can be applied.

Check out some programs like Acid Pro 4.0, Cakewalk, etc... to record or take sound samples and combine them. Both programs are great to mix with. That's about the best way to do it.
