Starts using a screen name so similar to yours that people might mistake the one for the other?

I Use the name Amazing and this individual uses the name Amazing_c.

He/she does not allow email or IM.

My page is open to the public and I ALWAYS allow other users to email me.

Until this matter is resolved, I have altered my name and I won’t be changing my Avatar.

What would you have done?

Thats not too close to be mistaken for you, wait until they start puting something like "Amazlng" then that might be trying to deceive for all those that dont see any difference the "I" is changed to a lower case "L"

I don't think it matters. There was someone else earlier today peeved about that. There are several other sunshines on yahoo, I don't really care if someone mixes me up or not, none of this matters one iota to anything really.

As long as our names aren't entirely the same, it wouldn't matter.

I'd have just left things the way they were.
It's obvious to me you are two seperate people.
