My roommate poured out liquor all over the futon last nite. Is this gonna get taken out of the sec deposit?

I'm really worried.... my roommate poured out liquor all over the futon last night. Is Apex apartments going to take this out of our security deposit when we move out? I checked the lease, and apparently it's a freaking $700 futon.

What do I do?

Dont worry about it.
Spills happen. Its wear and tear.
However, if you think your roommate is abusing drugs or alcohol and you feel endangered then you should find a new place to live.

Try to wash the cover, then put stuff on the mattress itself to get out the smell. Should be fine.
