Should we encourage people to make more kids by giving them more tax credits per child? Should we give parents tax credits only when they adopt a child?

If you really think that we don't have enough people, do you think that health care, education, food, and gasoline are too cheap because of a lack of demand? If so, what would you suggest the government to do to increase the prices of those things to keep our economy healthy?

There are not enough Americans and way to many immigrants ( illegals ) that are putting way to much of a strain on the economy. The immigrants are bad for the economy as well due to them sending most of all there wages they make back to there " home countries ".
I has been reported that every dollar made and spent in a community if turned over 7 times in the same community before being spent else where ( In the USA ). By having them work in the USA and not spend this money in there community or in the USA but, sending this money to another country this is destroying the economy of communities and the USA.
Make it so the immigrants can not send the money they make out of the USA. This will help everyone.

I don't think we should worry about how many kids people have really. You can ***** about taxes and the lazy people that live off welfare if you want but its not going to change any thing. I really think that most people that are on public assistance need it. Sure there are some that could do more to take care of their kids and themselves but what about the people that can't? I was a single mother for almost 3 years and I know what its like to work 16 hours a day 6 days a week and still not be able to make ends meet. Its hard. Everyone should have the chance to feel the love a parent feels for their child. Who are we to say there are too many people in the U.S. so you can't have kids?

While I think we have a large population. things in the U.S. are becoming increasingly more expensive and people who have children need those tax credits just to try to have a little extra money at tax time. Children are very expensive to care for and that is what the tax credit is for...

Things in the U.S. do not get to be any more expensive. Our economy is not healthy because our president took our surplus and turned it into a HUGE deficit for a war we should never have started fighting to begin with...

This is a very very good question!! I SAY WAAAAAY TOO MANY!!! i think we need to control immigration and put a tighter control on how many people move into this country. it's growing way too fast. i know china is in the billions but that's because they're one of the oldest countries in the world.

we have too many. I personally am quite tired of people with children getting extra tax credits and extra everything else. My husband and I could use them. I don't have children by choice. They had children by choice, not my problem if they can't afford them.
