LOL. Ok, yes, you can be there alone. But you cannot use a parents credit card, so make sure you have cash. And you can spend as much as you want, but here's a piece of advice. I wouldn't go crazy because your parents are probably allowing you to do this to see how responsible you are. If they give you a certain amount, I would spend under that, don't blow it all. It will show you are mature and aren't taking advantage of the money they are letting you spend.

I am 12, but I have a late birthday, so most of my friends are 13. I go to a good private school for all girls, and we have a brother school. 4 of my 7 best friends are dating and they are very mature about it. Honestly, your daughter will never be able to socialize with guys in college and her adult years if you don t at least let them have a "date". And, it is not a real date. I mean, I am friends with all of my friends boyfriends and they are all sweet guys who the last thing they would ever think about was what you were talking about ^^^. At this age, all we do is text and go on group dates with like 12 people. I would not WANT to go on a date alone because it would be awkward. So, yes, my parents have said that I can date, because they know that it is not a real date and I need to be comfortable with guys. Just don t make a huge deal about it. If you trust them both, then just let her go and afterwards if you act less like her mom and more like her friend, I guarantee she will be so bubbly she will tell you all about it! 😂

Yeah, that is no problem. I'm sure if you have the money, they'll be glad to make a sale with you. Now, keep this in mind. I'm sure this will be the first time your mom is letting you go somewhere. So behave yourself....always. Let her build up her trust in you. Eventually you'll have more priveledges as you grow up. Being a trustworthy teen is a parents dream. If you mess up, not only will they get mad at you, but you actually hurt their feelings. I never thought about that....until I had a teen. Best of luck to you.....and be an example towards your friends.

As long as you act properly there is no reason they will not let you shop and spend money. However if there is a sign on the door that says no one under a certain age not admitted without adult they will not allow you to shop there. I see that mostly in shops that are expensive or pet shops where most places cant sell live animals to under 18 anyway.

yes, the clerks in the store should treat you as any other customer, regardless of age. They will let you be in there alone, but if you and your friends disrupt their businesses by being loud, rude and obnoxious, I imagine then they would put you out the door.
Watch your change though, there are some people that try to take advantage of others, and KEEP your MONEY on your body, like in your pants pockets at all times.

Hopefully they would let you be there cause if not...that would be weird since you are officially a teen. when i was 13 the most i ever spent w/o my parents is 200 and the cashier lady didnt care! if you do use a credit card that is one of your parents, THAT is when they have a problem cause they ask for ID and stuff.....

Most shop keepers are interested only in your money, they don't care what age you are. Then again, it depends on what you want to buy. There are age restrictions on some products, such as alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, lottery tickets, weapons and pornographic materials to name a few. As long as you are not buying things that are age restricted, you should have no problems. Shop and enjoy.

you can spend your money on what ever you want
At 13 you should be able to choose wisely , what you want ,to buy , provided you can pay for it
( Except alcohol and ciggarettes, and certain above age DVD's )
If you have cash YES === No problem
If you have your parents , credit card == NO way
( they must be with you to sign )
Enjoy your shopping experiance . :)

Umm yeah you can buy anything you want, well not everything I mean you cant buy Rated R movies or CD's with parental Advisory on them and you sure can not buy certain things like sex toys and you can not go into sex stores, heck some spencers wont even allow you in there without parents with you because they do have some sexual stuff in there
