What is the "setup mode" button on the PSP?

I am guessing that you might be referring to the the setup mode button on the AOSS or the LocationFree player, which are not on the PSP.

what do you mean by setup button, i dont think there is one. but if you mean recovery mode, when you turn your psp fully off turn it back on while holding the right shoulder button and that will bring you to the recovery mode.
