Depends on what level. At the premiership level I would guess you best bet would be a woman assistant ref/ref as there is already a woman ref in the NBA.
I could see an assistant coach as a woman but they would have to come up through the ranks of lower teams and have a proven record as a coach and probably a player to get even close to a sniff at the pro-level. Though I could see a lower division club bringing one in to draw publicity to their club way before you ever see a big club do it.
