Alltel's U Prepaid pay-per-minute minutes don't expire provided you use at least 1 minute every 30 days. That's the best you're going to get. At 15 cents/minute, that means your $20 airtime card would last you almost 11 years. Phones start at $20, activation is $35. So you're looking at $75 to last you 11 years. I don't see how you could beat that!
