Are you afraid of him knowing because of what the number on the scale might make him think about you? Ask him why he cares. Tell him you aren't comfortable telling him what your weight is. Remember (and tell him) that it is just a number, not a measure of how healthy and HAPPY you are. Don't feel obligated to tell him because he's your husband and don't lie and tell him a number that "sounds right." If he persists, then there might be an underlying issue which you would need to get to the bottom of.

If he loves you and finds you beautiful, then I don't see why telling him the truth would be a problem.

I tell the truth--to anyone, for that matter. Because I'm only a scrawny 110lbs and have nothing to hide.

Why should you lie? He's your husband. If you feel like you have to hide it then maybe you should do something about it.
