why cant i view profiles on yahoo games (pool)?

square gray box comes up but when i click button that says profile nothing happens

I dont see any specific reason for this problem...
But many guys have asked this question... so may be it is a valid problem...
so just try different things...
try to click differently... hold the click for long and things liket hat...
