When I print an E- mail the letter/words are cut off at end of rows. .How can I set the printer to show all the text. Reducuing the size does not work

click on the link that says printable view -it will show all the details but be narrower

Before printing, go to Print Preview to see what the page will look like. If the words will be cut off, it may help to change the layout of the page to landscape rather than standard.

You can also do this by highlighting the content you want to print, then going to file and print and then hitting Print Selection- under print range. (Where ith as the print from page # to #. I find that that is the simplest without having to open a million programs.

If you are using Internet Explorer goto File: Page Setup: and try and fix the margins to work properly. If you are just printing out text, you can always just copy/paste it into a word document and print it that way.

There should be a button in the corner or in a row on top that says "printer-friendly." This should help your problem.

I am sure glad you asked that as I have the same problem and no idea how to fix it either so will watch for these answers,meantime,my apologies for not being a real help.
