Yes. If you're using a Mac with iTunes 7.0.2, right click (ctrl-click) a song and select "Lyrics" in the pop-up window. Next, go to a lyrics site, such as Lyricsfreak.com, and copy+paste the lyrics to the song into the Lyrics box. It should play back in some special menu on an iPod. Hopefully, it's the same story on the Windows version of iTunes.
