maybe u r not interested in what u r doing.if u r students, this is very normal. try make it interesting. e.g thinking about later u r going to treat urself by taking a very looong nap after this dreadful work place/lecture.
avoid eating too much as it takes much energy to digest the food so u'll feel sleepy.
do some sitting exercise..especially the neck. move ur head to right,left..it regulates the blood flow to ur head, brings more oxygen.
drink lots of water.
take coffee, but don't take everyday as i think later urbody will get immune to its effect. save it for important day (exam,presentation,..ect) but if u r really that sleepy, take it.
have a good sleeping habit. don't stay up really late.
everyone has this 'human clock' inside it. if u teach urself to stay up late, woke up late, always taking unnecesssary nap,it will adjust to it automatically...but if try to change it,it will change.

when you feel sleepy drinking tea, walking a while and taking breathing exercise would help you feel fresh.sleeping is the time for the body to rest.so it would be better to sleep when you fell sleepy.if u have interest in anything like PC game or TV shows, do that when u getting sleepy, gradually u will forget about sleep.

Keep yourself busy all day long, full work at least for 12 hours, dont sleep at day times, have a bath and good food before going to bed and have undisturbed sleep of about 9 hours in the night.

You are lucky that you get sleep immediately for many people are complaining that hey are not getting adequate sleep. So don't worry. U eat less than what u require then you will not feel sleepy.

Sleepiness is due to the restless state of your body. infact, when you eat heavily, or eat more spicy or oily food, your digestion system will not get enough rest during your sleep, as it needs to work lot to digest all food. try this, sleep oneday without eating, or eating verly less, or light food free from oil. that day you wont feel drowzy.
or you can do one more thing, you take food 2 or 3 hours before going to bed. it's always better not to burden your stomach in the dinner. you can eat heavily in the lunch.

Oversleeping is caused by less of oxygen in the brain. Hence, in the morning, take long deep breethes by standing on toes at least for 5 minutes. This problem will be over.

Nothing is wrong as long as it affects your work.
Who said it is a bad habit...?????
The reason why you sleep may be due to lack of right food .....or may be due to lack of exercise...
Even breathing exercises can help you..... ultimately.. its in your "MIND"....
"Get Up".." Get Up"
