Firstly, for 1), you mis-spelled one of the words. The third word should be inculcate -- to impress on somebody's mind: to fix something firmly in somebody's mind through frequent, forceful repetition. 1) Strengthen & Debilitate. (A) The two words are antonyms of each other, since they mean opposite things. (Debilitate means to weaken, which is obviously the opposite of strengthen!). 2) Corrosive & Caustic. (S) The two words are synonmys of each other. In chemistry, the two words mean the same thing: "able to destroy something progressively by chemical action". 3) Munificent & Parsimonious. (A). The two words mean opposite things. Munificent is very generous in giving a lot of money, while parsimonious means very frugal (spends very little or none at all) or ungenerous. 4) Duplicitous & Forthright. (A). The two words mean opposite things. Duplicitous means the fact of being deceptive, dishonest, or misleading, while forthright means direct in speech or manner and very honest. & finally, 5) The two words that most closely form a pair of synonyms or antonyms are Ouster & Emissary. But, technically speaking, given the definitions of the 4 words, none of the words qualifies as a synonym or antonym of any of the others. Make sure you have correctly copied down the group of words for this one. I hope this helps. Good luck to you in all your endeavours. Take very good care and have yourself a most joyous day, every day. Love And Light Cogano
