Do you want a quick divorce? Just because he wants his single life back, it doesn't mean that you have to do everything quickly.

hi, sorry to hear about ur divorce. well from experience, if you got children, house etc, sort it amicably then go court and get papers yourself and do it all yourself, present to court and for £300 u can get divorced in 14weeks tops!!! but the reason has to be a good one. so as ur hubby wants a quick one, make him agree to be done for adultery and it will go through even quicker!!!!! good luck

if you have reasonable grounds for divorce then a matter of months if niether of you contest it.as for the financial side of it then that may take longer depending on your circumstances but that doesnt stop a divorce going through quick.i know through experience and others.hope thats of help

It all depends if there are financial issues such as house etc to sort out, and also if there are children resulting from the marriage. if there are neither of the above it could be a matter of weeks.
Hope it all goes OK for you!

if you give him everything he wants..you could get it done in a couple of months...but you probably should think about the things that belong to you...and maybe child support, insurance things like that..
