I HATE THAT!!!! There goes your Sunday, the one day of the week that if you don't do something you feel like a failure or you just sit around and mope or something. Your friend totally sucks and I am sorry. Go for a walk if it is not too cold where you live.

Yes, it's very infuriating but do what I do. Let out all your anger out while you scream in a plastic bag. It works for me. Hope it helps.
