First shutdown, remove the sound card. Reboot, remove the drivers via Device manager. Reboot again, install the drivers from the driver CD. Shutdown, replace the card, reboot, and windows, will load the drivers you just installed. If you do not have the CD, go to the manufacturers website and download the latest drivers.
