NO. Police should never break the law, and they should never encourage anyone else to break the law. Police officers are sworn to uphold the law, and they are suppose to set examples for everyone else.

If police officers break the law. their punishment should be more severe than the average person that breaks the law.

you probably did what any be certain might want to a minimum of have considered. i'm sorry that i changed into not on that jury. i might want to have fought for you acquittal or a minimum of hung it. when I hear memories like this i ask your self if human beings on juries understand their rights. for example if the choose says, "even if you do not consider the regulation, you should discover the defendant in charge if the information proves he dedicated the crime." it truly is complete BS, jury nullification is the biggest device that must be used better commonly with information from human beings serving on juries. in case you do not understand what that's do a touch study, and study as a lot as you could about it! That being suggested, there is not any excuse for unlawful immigrants being right here. And your problem changed into completely distinct from theirs. solid success contained in the destiny, and for my section you've carried out not something incorrect.

when a police man is off duty he is just a public citizen and hence he has the choice to do so if he wants to. If situation arises while he is in uniform he is bound by his badge to report it.
