This is incorect. The electricity out of your wall socket, comes from turning a magnet inside a bunch of wound up wires.
The next thing is to ask how to get the big magnets to turn. Today it is mostly burning fuel. But there are other ways that are getting cheaper all the time. The cost of wind powered turbines can be much less than fuel generators in a windy area.
The magnets are turned from water pressure from a dam.
Steam could turn the magnets heated by nuclear radiation. And so on.
