Zelda, because it has a beautiful story that pulls you in and makes you want to play from start to finish.

Mortal Kombat ebcause zelda is overated, i mean, it doesnt even have a good story line, all the zelda is about is ganon being reincarnated by a gay and retarded thing called the triforce, how is that fun? But the mortal kombat has better graphics, and it has gore and violence, and a very good plot and features!

Your really asking a silly question hear, one is a classic overblown US action fighting game made by Midway that lead the way in using 3d rendered sprites in a 2d game and create classics like "finish him" and "babality".

And one is a amazingly vast artistically brilliant Japanese action RPG about the retelling of a Legend, based around a hero of the light, triforce and a princess name Zelda.

Comparing the two is as irrelevant the only thing they have in common is they are video games.

It's like asking "Which is a better TV show 24 or Spongebob Squarepants?"

Good story, awesome music, action, adventure, and not to mention the newest version for the Wii creates awesome game-play...I would have to go with Zelda. Hands Freakin' Down!
