If so, should you tuck the undershirt into your underwear to keep it from bunching up and coming untucked?

I think it's whatever you are comfortable in. Usually you would wear one under a dress shirt if it's like white and kind of see through... but if it's a darker than white then you can choose if you want to wear an undershirt or not...
Tucking it in is fine. It does help make everything look neat and not messy looking. you can choose to put it in your underwear or just your pant

I think they should, I don't know about tucking it in their under ware, unless you want to wear a extra long bunched for a different reason, tucked in your tight under ware.

Yes, or you have nipple marks and no, unless it really bothers you. If you do that, you will have to undress more when you have to potty. Sounds like you need better fitting undershirts.

I usually have something light under it - preferably white in color. Either way is probably fine though, especially on a nice spring day.
