If you have Bit Torrent then you can get the earlier ones here:
http://moo-shi.edwardk.info/ . That's all I can find. People don't usually distribute licensed anime in English dubs.

Just watch the Japanese ones. They're so much better. Plus the recent Naruto eps haven't even been dubbed yet.

you can go on youtube. They have until episode 216. So you can watch every single episode there is out on youtube. You can also go on crunchyroll but you have to login inorder to watch them but they are free.

once you get to about episode 70 or so all the episodes are in japanese and have english subtitles. You can find them in many places.
