Hair on the face or the Adam's apple would be a givaway for me, Next to the buldge in the pants of course..lol

you can tell when someone is a male if they have an Adam's apple. another way is if they have enough facial hair that ladies don't have. you can tell if someone is a lady if the have a full chest. another way is by asking, but i don't think you want to do that!

It's usually easy, but every once in a while I see somebody that I can't tell with. Oh well, most people are pretty easy to spot, so you have nothing to worry about :)

If you're saying whether they dress like another sex, then usually by their face structer. However, sometimes you can not tell because they got plastic surgery. But usually, it's their facial structure, and if they are men dressing like women, they will sometimes have wigs on.
