YES!
if it is an endangered species
wrong on ethical grounds , if you wish to harm it .
If you merely wish to see it and record it ,then nobody can object , unless the "hunt" is on private property
I would love to see a real Yetty ,
happy in its natural habitat ,
that would be really something !!!!!!
good luck

Normally ,the science haven't proved a bigfoot existence yet ,you see there are no Bigfoot's profile around the science and biology book ,but ,what do we know ? It may be exist ,but maybe there's only one of them ,so I suggest you to trail the bigfoot to his/her lair ,and from there ,I suggest you to : 1. Take a picture 2. Study the animal habits first 3.Call for National Geographic and Discovery Channel If it was a fake the beast will return to his/her mama's home ,but if not ,congratulations ,you've proofed a new animal on our planet ,shooting the beast won't be necessary ,excpet if you are attacked or if you don't want the beast run faster and hide his/her trail from you ,but killing is my last option.Try the tranquilizer as an ammo ,it will not harm the Bigfoot.

Yes, it is illegal to hunt any endangered species, and I think Bigfoot would qualify as endangered! Plus why would you want to "hunt" him? I am sure his meat won't taste very good...if you ever catch him just tie him up and take lots of pictures. That way you can get rich from selling the photos! Too bad he doesn't exist though!

Yes. Unless your state has an open season on Bigfoot than it is legal to hunt him.

It is illegal to kill them in Skamania county in Washington State. The fine is 10,000 dollars. Otherwise it probably isn't illegal though I think it would arguably be immoral. Someone joked that you should probably go snipe hunting. Snipes are real creatures as are bigfoot. Snipe hunting is generally a practical joke, but snipes are still real. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snipe
Bigfoot are also real creatures though they have not been proven yet to science.

In the states of Oregon Washington and Idaho the Sasquatch is a pretected species, that law was passed years ago just in case it turns out to be real. Not sure about any other states.

It depends on what it turns out to be when you catch it.
But like the old recipe for rabbit stew - "First catch your rabbit"
first catch your bigfoot in your sights.

Fantasy game is legal to hunt, you don't even need tags. Just don't carry your big foot gun in the city or at school.

it is not illegal to hunt something that is not protected by law. bigfoot has not been conclusively proven to exist, so there is probably no law to protect it.
