When I wear mascara my eyelashes always stick together, especially when I'm wearing it on both lashes, but it happens just on the upper lashes too.
I have some lashes that hang down and I wonder if that's the problem, but it hurts too much to pluck them and when I try to comb them in place or hold them with the mascara wand, they wont tame and it's really annoying.
I don't know if they actually stick together but it feels like it and it just drives me CRAZY.
I know some people have written in about it before but those few lashes are just really stupid, no matter what I do, they wont stay in-line with the others. I like wearing mascara as it brightens up my face but I really don't feel like it, especially when I'm at school..
The weird thing is, after about 2 hours or so of hassle they seem to be pretty OK.
Help..?

well i used to be the same. get a new brand of mascara. but keep your old wand. get allllll the mascara off the old wand. put on your new mascar how you like it and then use the old wand and act like you are putting more on to separate the stuck together lashes. it owrks i do it alll the time so i can keep my lashes long and separated

As the first thing you do to put on make-up, use a comb where the teeth are very close together and evenly spread gel across a small section of the teeth.comb your eyelashes up. By the time you have finished the rest of your make-up. the gel should be dry. put your mascara on then, but use the one where the applicator is a comb, not a brush.

Try a lash comb. This gives you the best results possible with whatever mascara you use. Or use a spoolie to comb excess mascara from your lashes.

try curling your lashes instead of using mascara. its pretty much the same and you dont have to worry about it smudging or anything.
