I, like most, believe Joran van der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers are deeply involved...(a nice way of saying murdered and disposed of her body).
There have been just too many inconsistencies (nice way of saying lying) The only reason for being "nice" is there has been no convection.
My theory is they put her in the crab trap that was stolen out of the fisherman's hut the night she disappeared.
Then moved to, say maybe,... the new cement patio located in the van der Sloot's back yard.
I also believe Joran's father, Paulus van der Sloot, is as guilty as any of the three boys.
I still have questions about the "good Samaritan" Steve Gregory Croes the disc jockey/party boat employee. His story isn't believable ether.

Considering their multiple stories and attitude I would say yes.
Consider that the advise that Urine Vandersluts father gave him and his friends was "No body no crime" and at one point the Alpo brothers actually taunted interrogators with "No body no crime!"
These are not the actions of innocent people, but rather the actions of people of status who feel that they are above the law.
