I don't know if there's a word like that in Tagalog although in Cebuano it means the male sex organ.

this word is from the south, this is a visayan word.
PO - Pogi - handsome
KOY - Kolokoy - witty or naughty
Combining these words you can up with "POKOY" Pogi na medyo bastos....hahahaha.

I'm not exactly sure. I asked my friend who is filipino and he said he calls his little brother "po koy koy" and he said it means something like "cutie".
